Who we are
Never Again Publishing is an unincorporated association consisting of the following members:
Tony Bending, Bob Clarke, Mike Collins, Dave Gouldthorp, Ken Hale, John Hunt, Derek Huntriss, Dave Lacey, Terry Mann, Ian Robb, Allan Stewart, David Wilkinson, Andy Williams, Mick York. Our aim is the production of high quality books commemorating the activities of the MNA, and related topics, during the final years of mainland steam operation on British Rail.

What the product includes
Each book, or set of books, is as described on our website mnabooks.com.
Postage and packing
Each book or set of books will be suitably packed. We will distribute to purchasers, using a reputable carrier. All deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.
Customers who require delivery outside mainland U.K. are asked to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with details, and we will quote you a price for delivery; if you are content with the quoted price we will send you an invoice.
There are some countries to which we may not be able to arrange delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from customs or import issues beyond our control.
You will become the owner of the book(s) you have ordered when they are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.
Customs arrangements and charges
For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (ie the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. It is accepted by you that Never Again Publishing has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
Never Again Publishing unconditionally guarantees books purchased through this site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your delivery or collection notification email for a refund, without needing a specific cause, although the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Cancellation of orders by the customer
A customer may cancel an order between placing the order and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. If the cancellation happens after the goods have been despatched then a refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods back at Never Again Publishing or 14 days within receiving proof of postage from the customer, if earlier.
The cost of returning the goods to Never Again Publishing will be the responsibility of the customer. Please advise us of your intention to cancel, by email to email@example.com, and we will provide details of how to return the goods.
If you cancel your order but Never Again Publishing has already processed the goods for delivery and you have received them, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back in accordance with the details which we will provide, at your own cost and risk, as soon as possible.
Cancellation of orders by Never Again Publishing
In exceptional circumstances (eg if an order is taken in error after stocks have run out) we reserve the right to cancel an order. Never Again Publishing is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
Declining an order
Online orders will be automatically accepted by our e-commerce system and a receipt issued. But if, prior to dispatch, we become aware of circumstances which would cause us to decline a particular order, we reserve the right to cancel that order.
In the event of issues arising such as non-delivery or damaged delivery, Never Again Publishing’s only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment or by cheque to the billing address.
Never Again Publishing will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the issue, and shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.
Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable law.
Never Again Publishing shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
